Communication was the topic for my management consulting class this week. We've been spending time on problem solving, framing, elevator pitches, pyramid principles, etc.
Here is a wonderful example of reframing a big question (What is the appropriate focus for Math education in high school?) in 3 minutes or less! He makes it punchy by giving you the answer right up front, systematically diagnoses the current situation and challenge, and builds the structure for his desired approach. Enjoy!
